DJRR's Pulled porkroast/bbq

The day before: Season the pork loin (or beef roast) with liquids first.
Vinegar
Liquid smoke
Worchestershire sauce
then cover on both sides with:
salt
cracked pepper corn
paprika
crushed red pepper flakes
