Mexican Cheesy Mac





Boil pasta per the instructions and drain. Mix 1 cup of milk, 2 Tbs of flour, salt and pepper and a jar of queso cheese dip. Mix well and spread in pan (sprayed with pam). Top with diced cheese


(suggest sharp chedder and velveeta)




Bake 40 minutes @350

** the queso can be substituted with cheese soup (for less kick)
