Per the boxes instructions:
1 cup water/ 1/2 cup vegetable oil/ 3 eggs
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees ** Mix ingredients ** por into pans
Bake for 25 minutes in 2 rounds pans
Make sure the cake is completely cooled before icing
