Shopping list:

2 pkg Jiffy corn muffin mix

2 eggs

1/2 cup evaporated milk

1 can creamed style corn

preheat oven to 400 degrees

spray muffin tins

Blend all ingredients, batter will be lumpy.

Fill muffin cups 1/2

bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
