Ingredients:
- 15oz can of tomato sauce
- 16oz box of uncle bens "COVERTED" rice
- 1/2 cup scallions
- can beef broth
- 1 box onion soup mix
- 1 can diced tomato
- tsp thyme
- tsp parsley
- meat ( chicken, sausage, ground beef or shrimp )
I baked 4 boneless chicken breasts with water, seasoning and crushed red pepper flakes to create a chicken broth then fried smoked sausage along with diced onions _ drained.
