Every good cook knows that it doesn't hurt to cut corners. I cheated here. Costco sales salmon all ready stuffed. I lined the pan with waxed paper, added lemon pepper and butter. Served with buscuits and salad.Update: The crabmeat stuck to the waxed paper. I guess I need to spray the paper next time.
